I haven’t been able to find an answer.
Is there some way I can temporarily turn off Reminders on a Mac? It is really rather annoying. I am going through the reminders but it is a bit of a project.
The way I have done this (and yes, it is a project) is to turn off all reminders, for everything, and then very selectively turn the ones I deem useful (which isn’t much) back on.

Thank you. That is exactly what I want to do. But I do not know how to do that.
Oh! System Preferences->Notifications, then go through each app. Maybe start with the ones that are most annoying.
LOL!!! Thank you ever so much! I just bought a spanking new MacBook Air and I love it although those reminders have been driving me batty… or more batty than usual.
