Remote screen for tutoring chemistry reactions?

Hello all.

What’s the easiest way to share an iPad (Preferred) or Mac screen to walk through tutoring some chemistry reactions to a person on a MBP remotely ?

iPad for handwriting ease best I think…?

Sounds like you want a shared whiteboard-type setup?
Maybe this? (I have no experience with it)

That worked very well. I was wondering if there was a Notes / Notability/ Goodnotes/ whiteboard type real time collaboration app, but the web based one for personal use worked with no setup at all.
FYI:
Ziteboard requires a login with email / FB / Google etc or sign up for membership
WhiteboardFox works with sharing just by creating a new anonymous board.

Both worked well.
