I’m using a combination of detailed secure notes in 1Password for things that I want kept private, notes in DEVONThink for things that are not that big of an issue, like subscriptions, recurring tasks in Pmnifocus with all the info on hwo to acess various accounts, hard copy excerpts of those items with the critical passwords (painful to produce out of 1Password and why I am investigating DataVault as a replacement password manager) stored in a fireproof safe along with the other estate info and with our estate lawyer. Also a secret emergency storage location with a key to the house, and passwords for my main computer and 1Password as my O S**T backup for someone.
