It also seems to have a feature for saving scrolling content as well as a video recorder? This could replace ‘Tape’ (also from Setapp) and maybe others too.
Figma is great for annotating.
Seconding Figma, I use it all the time for quick and easy diagrams/image annotation.

same, it has replaced Omnigraffle for me for quickly doing diagrams and annotations. Plus it is free for basic stuff
