I’m terrible at Shortcuts.

I’m trying to make up a shortcut that would take something I dictated thru the Draft 5 watch app to a list in the Reminder app on the iPhone. Or a shortcut where I dictate something in the watch whether or not in Draft to a list in Reminder.

Basically I want to cut the part where I go into Draft to redirect the dictated message to a specific list on the Reminder list.

You can create a shortcut to do this with two simple steps. A “Dictate Text” action will convert what you say into text which can be passed into a “Add New Reminder” action as the title (select the “Dictated Text” variable). You can then setup which list you want to create the reminder in.
