Shortcuts - Stop Craft becoming active window after appending to a note

I’ve set up a Shortcut that appends text input (via Alfred) at the end of daily note in Craft.

After running the shortcut, Craft is becoming the active window.

Does anyone know if it is possible to prevent that?
