I just listened to the Adapt podcast where Federico Viticci explained a new shortcut to link directly to a file or folder and open them in the files app.
I’ve tried the shortcut on local file storage as well, and that works nicely.
The only thing is I have the resulting shortcut look at the device name, and select the correct shared file URL belonging to that specific device.
(iCloud links are universal, so don’t require an “if” statement to select.)
