Shortcuts is a great update from Workflow but we lost some features too. Shortcuts doesn’t support IFTTT. I was using IFTTT to log my time to google sheets from Workflow app.
Does anyone of you know any work around or a possibility to log time to Numbers using Shortcuts?
You can still use IFTTT. The entrance into IFTTT is the ability of the shortcuts app to call URLs/make Web requests. On the IFTTT side you need to use the “Webhooks” service as a trigger. The Webhooks service gives you the URL you have to call. Please refer to the documentation of this service for details, it’s not completely straight forward. Once your trigger works you can use all the IFTTT services for further processing.
