In Big Sur, Sidecar was fairly rock solid. Upon updating to Monterey, I’ve been having lots of connection issues. I fairly consistently end up on this screen.
Is it just me or are others having the same issue? Given the problems with iCloud Tabs in Safari, I’m willing to wipe everything and start fresh if that fixes it.
For those who are suffering from the same Zombie iCloud tabs that never disappear, I finally did find a solution here. Turns out you have to delete the .plist file within this directory:
~/Library/Containers/Safari/Data/Library/Preferences/ByHost
Turns out I have multiple Safari folders for some reason. And multiple folders representing other apps. Deleting the .plist file from each folder helped.
Perhaps I’ll just do a clean install anyway and see if that fixes the other problems.
