So Spotlight in macOS Tahoe is almost = Raycast/Alfred?

I don’t use any clipboard apps on iOS sorry. Until they’re properly usable I don’t want to bother.

Have any of you gotten the new spotlight to work to launch apps without having to go the extra step of entering the applications category? I find it incredibly frustrating that i cant just press cmd + space and launch an app. For instance “calc” used to show me the calculator, now its just a long list of files and emails.

You can add a shortcut to get to the “Applications” search directly

I don’t see these options. Are you not using Tahoe? Am I looking in the wrong place?

I am on Tahoe yes, and you are in the wrong place indeed! You need to go to Keyboard → Keyboard Shortcuts and select Spotlight from the sidebar.
