Startup screens--Is there an app for that?

I’m a teacher, currently working online from home. I have a MacBook Pro late-2013 with external display. When I sit down at my Mac at the beginning of the day, I need two browser windows each connected to our learning management system open on my external display, each taking up half the screen. I need two additional tabs on the left hand window.

Is there an app that can do all this either at startup or with a single keystroke?

This is by no means the only choice but I like Brett so I always plug his stuff. You can also use Keyboard Maestro, if you already have it.
