Taking Videos with me on iphone and ipad

Hi,

I’m looking for an app that lets me download videos to my iphone or ipad, then view them when I’m offline (at different speeds, fullscreen and pip, etc).

I currently use dropbox … and it’s quite good, but it doesn’t allow me to change the playback speed, which, sometimes is very very important.

This is mostly for training material, not for movies or tv.

Infuse is a very nice app. Works quite well with Plex. Although it definitely is movie and TV oriented. I would try VLC first.
