Thanks. I’ve got a Synology DS215J. Will check whether it runs Docker.

What about security? Does Docker create a “silo” in the Synology or is there the risk of exposing other backed up data? (Yeah, there’s always a risk, but hopefully you know what I mean )

Docker runs isolated so is as safe (as anything can be).
