TextExpander snippets wil not open

When using my IPad my TextExpander snippets will not open. I do not have any problems with snippets when using my iPhone. Anyone have any suggestions.

I had similar problem. Try typing in the snippet, erasing it and typing it again. See it that makes a difference.
