Is anyone else having problems with seeing their order on either the Apple Store website or App? I got a notification that my phone shipped and my HomePod mini had a billing problem, I used my Apple Cash card with plenty of money in it, and every time I go to their website or use the app it shows “something went wrong” and won’t pull up my orders.
Are you trying to access your orders by logging in with your Apple ID, or by using the order number? I’ve generally found the latter to be more reliable.
