If you can manage to build up enough referrals to gain extra monthly items/bullets – thus providing the headroom for any limit to not actually be material – then there’s not a hugely compelling reason to move off of the free tier. I was once a paying user – likely 8 or 9 years ago – but then moved onto free and have remained there ever since. Even the new API is accessible to free users, but this is in beta so could well change.

Workflowy has been moving very quickly recently and adding a lot of new feature (calendar is a great addition). Its always had a solid concept and product but I am very optimistic about where it is going.
