Zone training app for Apple Watch

I’m looking for a simple zone training app for my Apple Watch.

Basically I want to set my upper heart rate boundary and lower heart rate boundary.

Start a workout, have it hollers when I hit my upper heart rate boundary, then I rest until I hit the lower bound, and it hollers and I start working again.

a quick DuckDuckGo search surfaces this one as one of the most mentioned apps.
