Nice conversation. Re: the intersection of individual task-tracking methods, I like a shared writing space. It can be anything from a whiteboard to an email list to a wiki to Slack with good ground rules. The goal is to make it impressive/useful/fun in its own right and not a brittle status syncing hub with little value if it’s ignored for a week.
