“30 Habits that Transformed My Life”

I stumbled across this short video. Though I don’t subscribe to everything (for instance—screenshotting everything), most of the habits are good. I’m sharing this because others may find it helpful (transformational?).

The video is short, so I recommend you watch it because the explanations are helpful. That said, here is the list:

  1. Never go to zero (do 1% at least)
  2. 2-minute thing (do for 2 minutes minimum)
  3. Screenshot everything (any great idea put in gallery)
  4. Get weirder (try different things that you hesitate to do)
  5. Phone down (while in conversation)
  6. Two deep breaths (before checking any mail, text, or being on call)
  7. Water first (as much as you can’t)
  8. And then what e.g. about tomorrow (skipping anything, doing anything)
  9. What if instead of why me ? (change attitude on critics)
  10. Count to 10 before respond to …trigger, anger (must do thing)
  11. Daily affirmation (visualize, manifest)
  12. Future me check (work accordingly future me)
  13. Energy check (do something boost)
  14. Ask curious question
  15. One real compliment (see good in others)
  16. Say their name (must do)
  17. Check your assumptions ( don’t assume as first)
  18. Small trust deposit (make trust by small acts)
  19. New goal new money bucket (save it)
  20. Make checklist (anything of life)
  21. Think system not goals (build system)
  22. Ship small things (1% of anything)
  23. One thing at a time (deep focus)
  24. What else does this apply to? (brainstorm any learning)
  25. Input output balance (learn and implement)
  26. Conscious breathing (3 times a day, 4,7,8)
  27. Micro breaks (any task take break for 2 minutes)
  28. Negative loops breaker (shift mind to any task)
  29. Analog hour (read books)
  30. Sit with boredom (be bore not see reals and any content)
