I am embarrassed to admit that after listening to this episode I have just discovered what cycle tracking is. Since I don’t cycle I have never opened that app on my Apple Watch. It has always assumed it was something to do with bicycles.

Don’t worry. Many would have thought the same. It’s common in some countries to refer bicycle as cycle. So it can be confusing. The right word(s) they should have used are Period Tracking or Menstrual Cycle Tracking.
