Just a fun little automation I’ve implemented tonight with Keyboard Maestro. One thing I like about Airmail is the way many actions are tied to sounds, providing informative feedback. You can replicate this easily:
- Choose your command
- Append a sound to play
Do this in that order, otherwise Keyboard Maestro will wait for the end of the sound before acting on the email, leading to short lags.
Bonus: if you have Airmail installed, you can open its package, extract the sounds from the Resources folder, and use the same ones if you are used to them.
