I’m not sure what you’re asking.
Airpods don’t report on the battery in the same way an iphone does, they continue to report 100% charging (when fully charged) even if the battery capacity was reduced due to usage.
My original Airpods lasted about 18 months before having less than an hour of usable battery.
Yes - that’s what I wanted to know. So my 4 year old AirPods (gen 1) are relatively OK battery-wise. I’m getting a little over 2 hours.

Yeah, I used my Gen 1’s 2-3 hours a day minimum.
I use mine mainly when I work in the yard or when going on a walk. So, not every day.
