I have recently done two large system updates to my MBP pertaining to Catalina.
After this, my computer’s fans keep spinning loudly and AppTamer shows this periodically:
Any idea?

That package/process is out of control. It’s supposed to appear when syncing your iPhone or iPad over WiFi and the first time connected to a Mac with a cable.
Have you restarted?
You could also try killing the process (if the OS allows it) in Activity Monitor, and it will restart when needed, hopefully in a normal fashion.
And have you connected an iOS device to the computer yet? (If not, maybe try.)

Thank you. Killing the process worked and my laptop no longer screams like it’s about to take off.
