Anyone Else Using A Kensington Trackball Mouse? How do you configure it?

I just bought the Kensington Expert Wireless Trackball and I really like it so far and wanted to know if anyone else was using one and what your settings were. The defaults are not bad, but I was just curious.

I am using a wired trackball with these settings across all apps.

I’ve never been able to find a good use to click the two upper buttons simultaneously.
