Anyone have a recommended OCR app to help digitize cookbook recipes?

I like using Paprika 3 to manage my recipes. I have cookbooks I’d love to add the recipes for and OCR. I’ve been using Doc Scanner but wondering if there’s something better for cookbook scanning via iPhone 8.

I’ve been using Scanner Pro for several years. Scans and OCR are, IMO, as good as my old Scansnap 1500.
