I think it’s still in beta but I love their model of integrating calendars and tasks to better plan your workload. Integrates quite well with Asana and other apps. I think the technique is called time blocking?

I think I vaguely remember that sunsama may be quite expensive for what it does (might be expensive relative to one’s needs) which is why it’s not higher up on people’s list
