Apple 27 inch Cinema Display with 2018 MacBook Air

Does anyone know what adaptors I would need to use my 2018 MacBook Air with my old 27 inch apple led Cinema Display? It has a usb-c input.

You will need an Apple Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter to make this work.
