My apple keyboard will not work in split screen when I am on the internet one one side and and an app open on the other side. When using the on screen keyboard everything works. What are your thoughts. Thanks
I’m assuming this is happening on an iPad with a screen split between Safari and another app.
On my (now my kid’s) 9.7" iPad Pro when the keyboard connector was dirty, cleaning it helped. Sometimes the keyboard wouldn’t work for no discernible reason. I just disconnected and reconnected it and it started working.
