When I started my iMac yesterday and opened Mail, I received a message that it was updating to be compatible with new version. The dialogue box indicated mails were being loaded, but once it was complete I received the error message:
“The import failed. An error occurred during the import. Make sure you have available space in your home folder and try again”.
I have tried multiple times without success, but have not contacted Apple Support yet, as quite frankly the last time I did was a waste of time.
Mail is still working on my iPhone and iPad, and I can access my @me mails via iCloud. I can access other mail servers via a web browser and I have installed Spark, which is working perfectly will all my mail accounts.
The problem seems to be related only to OS Mail app. Does anyone have any suggestions?
