I’ve recently been reconsidering Apple Notes as an easy way to combine my notes and PDF’s and have them all easily searchable, but it seems annotations to PDFs of images won’t sync (a web search reveals this is a common problem).
However, I’ve been trying it out and it seems annotations made on my iPhone (which is on iOS 16) do seem to sync to my iPad and Mac, but annotations made on iPad and Mac (which are stil on iPadOS 15 / macOS 12) don’t sync to other devices. This gives me some hope that perhaps these issues will be fixed in iPadOS 16 / macOS 13. Does anyone on the betas have any insight in this?
