Notes kept crashing on my latest model iPad Pro 12.9”, especially when using the Apple Pencil. After multiple reboots, I deleted the Notes App, rebooted, then reloaded the app from the App Store. Had to go into Settings to turn iCloud Sync back on. Seems to have fixed the problem. Hope this helps anyone else experiencing this issue.
