Apple Watch 4 FCC Certification

So I preordered the Apple Watch 4 Cellular + GPS on Friday morning at about 5am EST along with the iPhone Xs Max and I noticed that my estimated delivery was Sep 21 for the iPhone and Oct 12 - 19 for the Apple Watch. I began to consider cancelling my online order the watch and attempting to buy one on launch day at Best Buy, because I believe that in the past, they’ve had inventory at launch. So, after a quick google search, I found the following disclaimer on the Best Buy Apple Watch page. Is anyone else aware of this?

According to the FCC database, all the new products were granted FCC authorization on Sept. 12. BestBuy obviously has not updated its website.
