Yes, Apple sells refurbished Apple Watches online, complete with as-new warranties:

(Amazon also sells used/refurb watches, but I’d go with Apple for the warranty.)

I sold my Series 1 watch to Maxback, which went smoothly. I’ve never bought from them though.
