Does anyone know of a way to automate/simplify the Live Text feature in Monterey? Specifically, how to automatically extract the text from all the pictures inside a folder?

I’m looking for the same thing. Hoping to figure out some command line way of grabbing all the Live Text text out of an image, but have not found it yet. I may fall back to using a 3rd party utility, like tesseract, see, e.g.:

(My use case is that I want Hazel to evaluate screenshots against a few criteria for how to file them.)
