I have my Apple Watch set up on do not disturb so that it does not bother me during the night.
However occasionally the watch will turn on and the light will bother my wife.
Is there a way to turn on theater mode from 11 PM to 7 AM.
Have you tried Sleep Mode? It dims the screen and limits the presentation to the time in very low contrast.
