Automatically select From address and SMTP sever depending on To address?

Hi

I have multiple email adresses (and associated imap and smtp server) and I would like to send to certain addresses using a certain from address (and associated smtp server). Is this possible? Or is Mail learning this automatically?

One of the things that I really liked about Mailmate was that it does this. I have moved away from Mailmate but I really do miss this feature.
