Best App to Create a Workbook

Hey folks, getting a little serious about creating online content and e-books. Imagine an engaging working book for someone to work through on their own with space for info and space for notes and actions.

I’m also thinking of creating a version where the instruction is video and the workbook is just the outputs.

Is there and app for that?

Keynote or powerpoint might work (or it might not!) for a landscape workbook.

I’m preparing a whitepaper just now using powerpoint to prepare a slidedoc.
