My phone is my primary computing device and so I want the biggest screen I can possibly get. I read and watch videos primarily with some amount of actual content creation and idea capturing.

The Pro Max isn’t really a comfortable one handed device, but it’s usable enough in that way for most use that I’m okay with the trade off in order to have a more comfortable amount of screen.

Currently, I use an iPhone Xs. I don’t want anything bigger.

I want it to fit my pocket. I need a bigger screen, I have an iPad.

The bigger ones have some “advantages”, which I don’t care about:

  • battery life: I have chargers/cables in both my offices, the car and at home. Don’t care about it.
  • camera: I prefer to use a proper camera. No phone is even near it’s quality.
  • screen size: for reading/writing I use an iPad. A bigger phone is still too small.

Currently I have the iPhone 11pro I am on the upgrade programme and I will be ordering the 12 mini. I loved my iPhone 5, 5s and SE. Even though this is bigger it will be perfect for me.
