Boom 3D—accessing apple music

I bought Boom 3D after MacSparky’s recent column (not the one today) and got a message that it’s not usable with Apple Music because of DRM restrictions. Today, however, I notice that my music is listed in “ICloud” in the Boom Sidebar. Thoughts?

Boom 3d sucks. Made by an Indian company with shady tactics for selling. It is incredibly buggy and it kept taking out my sound.

It’s useless if I can’t use it for my Apple Music. Deleting.

I have not tried Boom 3D. I did previously use SRS (which I think is similar to Boom 3D). I now use SoundSource by Rogue Amoeba.

SoundSource has some Built-In Effects, “Magic Boost” isn’t exactly SRS but it’s somewhat similar.

There’s a good trial mode.

I haven’t tried any yet but there might be some plug ins for SoundSource which allow for a more 3D effect.
