Calendar Printing by Project

Hi all. I have a bit of an odd request. I would like to print (to pdf) a copy of my calendar for the year, but only for a given project. In other words, if the project is “Acme Company,” I want to run a search in my calendar app for Acme, and print out the result.

This would be easy if “Acme” had their own calendar set, but it doesn’t work that way. Acme events are spread across various calendars. Is there a way to do this?

I have fantastical as my primary calendaring app, but I’m also using google on the back end and of course Apple’s built-in Calendar app. Google will print a list of events, but I’m really wanting it to stay in a Calendar (monthly) view.

I can think of one way, but you won’t like it :slightly_frowning_face:

If you sync your Google calendars to your default Mac Calendar, then create a new “Acme” calendar, you can Right Click on each event and move it to “Acme”.

But since “Acme events are spread across various calendars” I don’t think it would be worth the trouble. Hopefully a more resourceful MPU member has a better idea.
