Since Catalina, I have been unable to run Carbon Copy Cloner. I finally read the error messages and tried to partition my external SSD (target disk) and I am unable to–tried an iMac, MacBookAir and MBP.
Suggestions?
I know the CCC developer discussed this (amongst other things)
He specifically mentions clone issues (but can’t remember exactly where in the episode)
Yes I also vaguely remember him discussing this in that recent episode.

If you’re looking to repartition a drive, I find it’s helpful to go under View and make sure Show All Devices is checked.
