Can't remote into Windows 11 from my MacBook

So I have a Windows 11 Pro machine running on Proxmox and I am trying to use my MacBook to remote into it.

I downloaded the latest Windows App for macOS which is the latest App to perform RDP into Windows 11.

But I am unable to…

I am however able to ping from my MacBook to Windows 11 and also able to ping from Windows 11 to MacBook.

I did enable Remote Desktop in my Windows 11 machine.

Just for whatever reason, when I enter my email/password for the Remote Desktop, it will not connect…

Any clue??
