Having a problem with both Carbon Copy Cloner and SuperDuper crashing my hard drive when making a clone. Running Mac OS X 10.14.6 and latest versions of cloning software. Anyone else had this issue?
I’m not having this issue. Try running First Aid inside Disk Utility then restarting.
I just have CCC and no problem running it on two different drives.
No issues with SuperDuper on 10.14.6
Very odd, I determined the clone was crashing when it was cloning the file lookup_hints_monthy_url in my user’s Library/Caches/com.apple.parsecd folder. Trashed the file and now have successfully ran 2 clones, no issues. Keeping my fingers crossed that was the fix. Thanks for the help
