Change all contacts’ phone type dependant on number

Hi everyone

Is it possible to bulk change my contacts’ phone type depending on the number format?

For example, if I have a contact that starts +614 or +447 it is a mobile.

It would really help when using Siri when I say “call [name] mobile”.

I did that a few years ago, exported Contacts and edited in Numbers (or Excel) then reimported. See:
