Charging station

Did a search and did not see a recent post. I bought these for our new iPhones: Anlmz 3 in 1 Charging Station for iPhone, Wireless Charger for iPhone 15 14 13 12 11 X Pro Max & Apple Watch - Charging Stand Dock for AirPods (Pink) and it really heated up the phone and watch. I’m sending them back to Amazon. Can anyone make a recommendation?

To answer the overarching question, I am not an electrician, but I think there’s a limit to how much power these devices can draw down at once from the mains, so they can struggle to charge multiple “heavy use” devices at once (plus usual caveats about cable quality, etc.). In the U.K. a domestic plug usually has an upper limit of a 13 amp fuse. Plug sockets themselves also have limits (cheaper sockets are less likely to be able to serve a maximum load). I wouldn’t buy anything which isn’t from a reputable
Manufacture for this.

The thought of a fire in my house due to cheap goods makes it worth it to me to pay a reasonable amount for charging kit.

Anything I’d trust as 3 in 1 is too expensive (£120+) so I stick with MagSafe for my phone, AW Charger for my watches and a plug in cable for my AirPods

And literally as I switch to Email, Belkin has sent me a voluntary recall notice for one of their Battery banks.

It’s got some good reports on Macrumors iPhone Accessories forum. The price is down from $130 when it came out to $95 now. But they will probably release a new one that has 20W charging (this one has 15W). And it would be nice if they included a USB-C port in the new one, although there’s no indication they will. I got tired of fumbling with cords now that I have an iPad Pro M4 which uses yet another charging cable, I so went for the current one.
