Just a heads up for anyone who is a Pro or higher subscribers. Seems Anthropic are giving us a bonus credits use if we go over our limit!.
You had to be a subscriber before 3rd Apr. You get until 17th to activate the credit and 90 days to use it. $155 in extra credit Will definitely come in handy with the Robot Assistant FG Workshops as l am sure l will have plenty of ideas to try out!

The credit I got for my Pro plan (I’m in Canada, if that makes a difference) was CA$28. Maybe the $155 is for higher tiers?

I only received a $20 credit for extra usage. I already had a balance of credit that I had purchased, so maybe the free credit offer is based on prior patterns and existing credit balances.

I am on the MAX $100 US (about $155AUD) so seems they effectively give a month for free!
I was wondering: Can we apply the credit to extra tokens only or also for an extra month of subscription?

I am a Pro subscriber in Germany, and I received the equivalent of $20, i.e. something like €18 (I activated it immediately so I don’t remember the precise amount).
What this makes clear, it seems to me, is that the problems of the past week were caused by compute limits at Anthropic rather than a fault in calculating tokens. And this seems to have been caused (at least that is what Anthropic claim) by too many OpenClaw users using Anthropic / Claude services.
I personally feel Anthropic has made the right move in compensating us; quite clearly token were burned much faster last week so this is appropriate. Let’s see how things develop.
Switching to Sonnet for a mainly sorting, renaming and restructuring exercise on my Obsidian folder already helped a lot in giving me more time - that was my experience from yesterday.

I’m on the Pro plan and got USD 20, so my guess is they’re giving subscribers a bonus that’s equivalent to their monthly subscription fee.
