Indeed it is doing a search and it is intended to be fairly transparent. Most people don’t have spare time to sit and watch AI chugging away.
Such as - can you provide some concrete examples?
I agree that the combination of these tools is excellent and underestimated by most.
I ended up buying Devonthink 4 to build a recruitment database for storing and searching CVs and notes. Great results so far, I have a neat hiring consultant that can sort, rename and search CVs and it works great.
I like using it with the MCP so I can use it direct through Claude, getting excellent results:
