Completing or archiving lists in Apple Reminders

In recent months I have found myself gravitating away from Things app and towards using Apple Reminders. There are a few Apple Reminders features that seemed to have slowly pulled me in, the ease of getting tasks into the app via Siri (especially when driving), persistent and location based tasks, the kanban boards seem to work better for my visual mind and smart lists.

However, I’m bumping up against a problem with lists and more specifically the inability to archive or complete lists and deleting seems to remove all the completed reminders.

How are people working around this and organising projects?

I created an archived project folder for this purpose. Within that folder, are project lists that include completed items. I have not bothered to delete the completed tasks as I may wish to retain those for future reference.

Now that is a simple solution, thanks!

I anticipate doing the same thing if Cultured code ever goes subscription for Things 3 , But for now it remains my primary to-do list app.

Your comment about easily adding reminders while in the car I want to address though Not sure if you’re aware, but years ago, culture code added the ability to add these reminders using Siri command
