Confirmation before sending iMessage?

Is there a shortcuts (or something else) type feature to ask for confirmation before sending an iMessage on iOS or macOS? I’m guessing no. For one contact, I’d love to be able to triple check what I’m sending.

I think that to do that you’d need to create the message somewhere else and then invoke the shortcut.

Or create the message as one of the actions of the shortcut
