I imagine there’s a big need for that, especially from what I’ve seen when I visit the Apple Store. Even their basic, introductory classes can leave people looking confused and exasperated.
As for 1P, I’ve tried evangelizing it to a few newbie friends/relatives but I’ve found it’s sometimes too much for them, and so we’ve fallen back on using Safari and its password management for pretty much everything. (This is becoming more adequate overall as Apple modernizes and makes things easier with everything from the T2 chip to Touch- and FaceID, and moving password management into apps.) But personally, 1Password is one of those must-have apps for me, so good I don’t even want to check out the competition as good as it might be.
